The NASA affiliated web site offered six photos with a lineup of planets. They all had Mars positioned between Taurus and the Pleiades, when per Skymap Mars should be located well below the Pleiades, in an uncrowded star field. This is perhaps to confuse the issue, as stars could be mistaken for Mars, especially the reddish star residing there.
