Rotation Surging

Surging has been detected during star synching on July 11, and explains some of the odd early/latedithering noticed by time keepers submitting their reports. Per the Zetas on June 29, this is a precursor to serious rotation slowing, as it indicates the Atlantic Rift is being gripped, firmly.

Would there be steady slowdown in rotation?... What happens to the Atlantic Rift as it proceeds to disappear round to the dark side of the Earth? It is tugged back, creating a late sunset or sunrise for those in a position to take a measure at that time, but by the same token when the Atlantic Rift emerges from the dark side and is tugged forward by Planet X, it gains momentum, thus confusing the situation. Thus, those taking daily measures may find a late sunset and sunrise but not finding a correlation in a late noon, and assume no slowdown when the precursor has started, a strong grab of the Rift!
ZetaTalk: Slowing Confusion
Ontario has increasingly early sunrise and noon, but increasingly later sunsets, as the Atlantic Rift is still surging toward Planet X, this momentum in place, for sunrise and noon but by sunset the drag back has set in. Likewise, parts west of Ontario find the noon increasingly late, as the they are futher west of Ontario and the drag at the Atlantic Rift face grip has set in for them by noon. Increased rotational surging is a positive sign of slowing, as this indicates a tighter grip on the Atlantic Rift.
Slowing Report, July 25-31
Measurements are being corrected by late afternoon. He says that there is still large deviations that happen from morning to noon but it gets corrected before the sun goes down now.
