The Zetas have long mentioned that safety in mountain building areas can be found in areas such as the Salt Lakes will not fracture, but remain flat. The mountains surrounding the Salt Lakes fracture, instead, as the weaker link in the area.

ZetaTalk Analysis 2001: The Salt Flats in the western US are old sea beds pushed high as the west coast of the US has been pushed up and over plates to the west. Such lake beds will surely be scoured by the hurricane winds, and the hard flat earth does not invite burrows. These lake beds are surrounded by hills and mountains, many with ravines clearly created when water rushed into the lake beds at some distant point. The land is dry and hard, formed into rock in most places, and inhospitable. It is permeated with salt, a former ocean bed, and is useless for agriculture. However, the Salt Flats have one advantage during the coming pole shift - the land will not buckle. The Salt Flats have lasted over the eons, though various pole shifts as severe as the pending shift, because they are glued to the same plate as the surrounding mountains, and they will not move or buckle. An extremely safe area.

Recently those in the western half of the US have been seeking safe spots to ride out the pole shift. In Nevada, such ancient salt lakes are present where the former Lake Lahontan existed.



Such ancient salt lakes are recognizable by being flat areas, and not prone to seismic activity, and this shows up on seismic charts!

ZetaTalk Analysis 9/25/2010: We have mentioned that the Salt Flats of Utah are an example of land that will not buckle during the pole shift, as evidenced by its past behavior over the eons. The surrounding mountains absorb any mountain building pressure. Such isolated areas can be determined even without a geologists help if one examines where seismic activity occurs and where mountain building has not occurred. The map accompanying this question not only shows seismic activity, but also flat areas where virtually no seismic activity occurs. Note the Salt Lake region show up as rigid in this regard, as does a large swatch of land in SW Idaho, part of a past lava flow from Yellowstone, and in other areas such as those areas of the former greater Lake Lahontan in Nevada. Plateaus appear here and there west of the Continental Divide, flat and undisturbed by seismic or volcanic activity. Consider these to be relatively safe areas, in regard to mountain building activity during the hour of the pole shift.

Such ancient salt lake beds are not only flat, they are also almost invariably free from seismic activity and volcanoes.



Eastern Oregon has a zone of flat land with low seismic activity, which would be a better bet for riding out the pole shift than the coastal mountains which will have mountain building, or the volcanic belt running parallel to the coast in Oregon.

ZetaTalk Analysis 9/25/2010: Certainly being in the volcanic belt will put one too close to an active volcano. Safety can be found closer to the coastline, and this affords ocean fishing in the Aftertime, but the dangers of hot earth and mountain building will also be there in the coastal regions. But close examination of seismic activity within Oregon shows a swath of land near the Idaho border, in the current SE portion of the state, where seismic activity is virtually nill, and the land is flat. These are all indications of what we call rock strata that has withstood mountain building in the past, and will during the forthcoming pole shift.

The San Joaquin Valley in California is certainly a former salt lake, as the farmers there know. Fresh water irrigation pushes the salt below the surface, but scratch the surface deeply and there is lies. The inland valley will flood, per the Zetas, during the pole shift, with water from the Pacific. However, for those wanting safety from the mountain building in the Sierras, being on these former salt flats close to the foothills of the Sierras until the hour of the pole shift is past, and then scampering into the foothills to escape the flooding, is a possibility.

ZetaTalk Analysis 10/2/2010: Regarding which part of the Sierras will be safe from mountain building during the hour of the pole shift - we have no good news. This stretch of rigid rock snaps under compression from the Pacific, as the high sharp mountains show. Mountain building will occur throughout the Sierras. For those with homes in the Sierras, who wish to return to them after the pole shift, we have two suggestions. Travel into Nevada and ride out the pole shift on one of the former salt lake beds of Lake Lahontan, and then return to the Sierras, or drop down into the San Joaquin Valley, which is stable. The valley will flood with water pouring over the coastal mountains and rushing up along rivers that drain the valley. However, if timed right and prepared to travel quickly into the foot hills of the Sierras, it would be possible to avoid mountain building. The hour of the pole shift will involve the globe on the move, and at the end of that hour, plates crashing into one another. It is not until the end of the hour that compression of the Pacific will start. Water on the move also does not move instantly, but is paced. Thus those along the eastern side of the San Joaquin Valley can wait until the hurricane force winds start to die down, shortly after the big jolts have occurred, and then trek into the foothills of the Sierras before the flooding of the valley begins to affect them. During travel through the Sierras one would encounter much destruction of roadways and bridges, and for this plan to work, one would have to be prepared to travel on foot through potentially hazardous terrain in the Sierras.

Satellite Wobble

On occasion there is excellent evident of the daily Earth wobble, such as freak tides as presented in Issue 144 of this newsletter, or evidence of the wobble in snow patterns as presented in Issue 179 of this newsletter. Last February in Issue 173 of this newsletter we presented evidence that the wobble showed up on a weather satellites over Australia. Weather satellite feeds show the geography under the clouds, and this geography is superimposed on the scene. You are not, for instance, seeing a map with state lines drawn on it because the geography somehow has broad black lines on it. This is a superimposed map.

Once again the wobble has been captured on satellite. This is the IntelliWeather - Atlantic Satellite Image. This infra red Satellite image is rendered from GOES8 satellite data. The frames are approximately 45 minutes apart. The wobble back occurs between 6:58 UTC and 7:50 UTC.

UN Disclosure

Is the UN going to appoint an ambassador to greet ET, should he land? Per an article appearing in a number of newspapers, they are considering this appointment! The head of the UN's Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) would be the likely candidate.

The United Nations was set today to appoint an obscure Malaysian astrophysicist to act as Earth's first contact for any aliens that may come visiting. Mazlan Othman, the head of the UN's little-known Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA), is to describe her potential new role next week at a scientific conference at the Royal Society's Kavli conference centre in Buckinghamshire. She is scheduled to tell delegates that the recent discovery of hundreds of planets around other stars has made the detection of extraterrestrial life more likely than ever before - and that means the UN must be ready to coordinate humanity's response to any "first contact". However, he thinks humanity's first encounter with any intelligent aliens is more likely to be via radio or light signals from a distant planet than by beings arriving on Earth. And, he suggests, even if we do encounter aliens in the flesh, they are more likely to be microbes than anything intelligent.

The UN quickly scuttled the rumors and claimed it wasn't so. But almost simultaneously there was news about US Air Force officers publicly reporting on past UFO sightings over nuclear installations.

An ex-US air force chief has given an astonishing account of an encounter with a UFO at an air force base in Suffolk. UFOs had tampered with nuclear missiles in the US and the UK. Six former U.S. Air Force officers and one former enlisted man all presented declassified information which they claim backs up their findings. They want US and British authorities to release 60 years worth of 'X-Files' they claim proves the existence of extra-terrestrials. And the men said that the UFOs deactivation of nuclear weapons was a message to the human race to move away from arms race.

Per the Zetas, such press conferences by notables is not new and is a type of slow disclosure by the US.

ZetaTalk Comment 10/2/2010: Periodically a group of prestigious individuals comes forth for a press conference to declare that the alien presence is real, UFOs are real, and the Earth is being visited by intelligent life elsewhere. Astronaut Edgar Mitchell has asserted his personal knowledge of this for years. Country after country is opening their UFO files to the public - France, the UK, Canada, Sweden - and many allow their military to speak freely on the matter. The US has been the most reluctant, in part because they have the most to hide. They have been on the forefront of the cover-up over the alien presence since the days of Roswell. Imminent disclosure is often rumored to occur in the US, or perhaps a landing on the White House lawn, but this is not about to happen for the many reasons we have stated. We will reiterate once more that mass landings, or a public introduction of alien lifeforms by an official, will not occur. Nothing that would increase the anxiety level of the public is to be done.

We work rather from the bottom up, contacting individuals who indicate they wish this contact. This is why acceptance by the public is increasing, which the polls show. The public is increasingly comfortable with the concept of visitors from elsewhere, and the percentage of the public feeling certain that this is in process keeps rising. The establishment assumes they are in the lead in this, but they are being dragged along in the dust behind a public eager to engage the alien presence, and doing so without permission. In fact, the establishment can do nothing to stop this! They don't know who is being contacted, when, or by whom. Nor could they stop the process even if they did. Meanwhile, mass UFO sightings are occurring at an increasing rate, worldwide. Motherships, or fleets of ships forming patterns and blinking in the sky, or holographic pyramids twirling slowly over a city at night.

Meanwhile, the public jokes about the cover-up, where sightings are jokingly called swamp gas or weather balloons in reference to the standard Air Force explanations for UFO sightings. Those in charge of the cover-up, who hope not to have to confess their long running lie and their distain for the public's ability to handle the knowledge that they held for themselves, are trembling in fear. The cover-up of course was for their benefit, as knowledge is power, and to admit that the Air Force could not counter UFOs means that they were not as powerful as presumed. Organized religion was another big beneficiary of the cover-up, so they could continue to intimidate the flock with threats of being able to damn an errant member to hell for lack of cooperation with their rules. Politicians, and the very wealthy were yet another beneficiary of the cover-up, so the status quo would not be altered and they could continue to threaten prison or the equivalent of a debtor's prison and thus keep the slave classes in their place.

Meanwhile, where is the UN in all of this? Many voices press the issue of the cover-up not only about the alien presence but also the presence of Planet X in the inner solar system. Sooner or later the public will become aware of this, and what then? The alien presence is not the larger worry, as disclosure is already occurring, country by country, bit by bit. Even the US is loosening their hold by allowing their Air Force officers to bear witness, as formerly they were under strict orders to tell no one. This is one way for disclosure to happen bit by bit - allowing individuals to testify without punishment. What does the UN have to fear in an open admission that UFOs are real? From a leaked report from a French aviation expert who attended a UN meeting on the issue February 12-14, 2008, it is not UFOs they fear but the ZetaTalk message! Individuals claiming to be in contact with extraterrestrials and thus having knowledge of "future global events" were to be branded as "charlatans". Now who could they be referring to?

Note the last sentence in the 2008 article, below. "Those claiming to have first hand experience of extraterrestrial life would be targeted as charlatans" and the earlier statement that there was concern over social unrest due to "testimonies of individuals claiming to have first hand knowledge about UFO's, extraterrestrial life, and future global events". Since polls show that the public believes intelligent life elsewhere exists, and is visiting Earth already, it is clearly not this that the establishment fears. It is those with first hand information from aliens, revealing future global events, ie the pole shift. It is, in short, the ZetaTalk message that is feared by the UN.

French Expert Publicly Emerges to Confirm Secret United Nations Meeting on UFO's

A French aviation expert has come forward to reveal his participation in a secret meeting held at the United Nations New York headquarters that discussed the UFO phenomenon from February 12-14. Lorant revealed that a series of UN meetings were held over a three day period. In the meetings there was discussion of a confidential report, prepared by the U.S. Air Force and a branch of the National Guard, concerning the societal impact of UFO sightings. The initial meeting was held on February 12 and, according to Lorant's report, led to a request by three U.S. Senators for further discussions. Additional meetings were held immediately after on February 13 and 14. The implication is that three U.S. Senators attended the secret UN meetings.

The meetings were very concerned about social upheaval from continued UFO sightings and the testimonies of individuals claiming to have first hand knowledge about UFO's, extraterrestrial life, and future global events. It was reported that adverse public reactions to UFO sightings could have a dramatic economic impact that could lead to recessions in some countries. 2009 was raised as the year when an important change in official attitudes concerning the UFO phenomenon could be made. The meetings results suggest that an official change in government policy from 'debunking' to 'openness' concerning UFO's would lead to official approval to narrowly define study of the UFO phenomenon. However, those claiming to have first hand experience of extraterrestrial life would be targeted as charlatans.
