- Can anyone suggest what a near infrared object would look like on a camera designed for visable light? I'm doing some research on the net, but info is limited.

- It would look like any other object. However: visible light could overwhelm the CCD so the infrared object does not show up clearly. It's best to use an infrared filter or a red filter that also pass through infrared light.
