- The Monster Sun that creates the second reflection on the water can be seen in the second photos, at 5 o'clock to the Sun. This presence also creates the Wing flares in the first photo, and the Red Cross effect, a skewing of the normal horizontal/vertical line flares. Note the refection of the Monster Sun, where below the Sun in the sky, it above the Sun in the reflection, the correct reflection position! Not a lens flare!
