Second Sun

What is that? I watched this website off and on all day and now I see this red orb. Planet X?

This does not appear to be a lens flare, none of the qualities of a flare. The Second Sun appears, in the northern hemisphere, to the left of the setting Sun, as it is appearing here. The red dust cloud surrounding Planet X can likewise be seen. Note that in a later photo, the Second Sun has dropped, as expected, but also looks ultra bright. There is the possibility that this is an overhead light outside the restaurant window where the web cam is locations. Jury still out.
