Huh?  Oh hang on I geddit.  Brian here has been trying to take over
the world in recent years, but is constantly being thwarted by the
CIA.  Now to try and detract the CIA from his mission, Brian created
the Zeta myth, THEN says that it is a CIA plot... mutant babies... etc,
etc.
